- 125 g butter or a vegan substitute
- 20 g yeast flakes
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- n. B. chives
Instructions

aromatic mixture of yeast flakes and butter with a pinch of chives
Let the butter or vegan substitute soften at room temperature. Stir in the nutritional yeast and season with soy sauce. Finally, fold in the finely chopped chives. Tips: The amount of soy sauce can vary depending on the intensity of the nutritional yeast. The chives are optional and can be replaced with other herbs or omitted; however, they add a pleasant oniony flavor to the butter. The finished butter can be portioned and frozen.
