Potato and cheese scrambled eggs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 handful of cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dice the uncooked potatoes and fry them in a little oil or vegetable cream in a large frying pan. Dice the onion and add it. When the potatoes are cooked, add the eggs and mix everything well. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper and mix well. Finally, stir in the grated cheese, such as Gouda.
