Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 small persimmons
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 2 tbsp raisins
- some tonka bean shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the persimmon and blend it finely. Stir in the yogurt, raisins, and tonka bean zest. Serve in glasses.
