Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat
- 1 small jar of mushrooms
- 400 g cheese, e.g. Gouda or Emmental, grated
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 large onions
- 2 tsp peppercorns, green
- 12 baguette(s) – rolls for baking
- Paprika powder
Instructions

Dice the onions and finely chop the mushrooms, mix well with the ground beef, egg, peppercorns, and cheese, and season with paprika. Cut the rolls in half, spread the ground beef mixture on each half, and bake in a preheated oven (convection oven) at 200°C for about 20 minutes. The rolls taste delicious even cold.
