Absolutely delicious cream cheese – leek – cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 packs of cream cheese
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche and the spring onions and season with salt and pepper. Serve with baguette, flatbread, and vegetables (cut into sticks).
