Afghan Chicken Casserole

- 400 g Chicken breast
- 2 Onions
- 4 Eggs
- 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
- 125 ml Broth
- 3 tbsp Sliced almonds
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Pepper
- Salt
- Cut the chicken breast into strips and fry in a pan. Place in a baking dish and add onions cut into half rings.
- Make a mixture from creme fraiche, eggs, lemon juice and broth. Season with salt, cinnamon and pepper. Give this over the meat. Scatter the almonds on top.
