Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml rapeseed oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Make sure all ingredients are roughly at the same temperature. Blend the egg, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard, and garlic with a hand blender. Slowly add the rapeseed oil and blend until stiff peaks form.
