Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour, type 550
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 100 g sugar
- 30 g sugar, brown
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 150 ml milk
- 85 g almond(s), ground
- 4 drops of bitter almond flavor
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
For 12 muffins
Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tin. Combine the flour and baking powder. Whisk the egg in a mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar, brown sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, and milk. Gradually stir the flour mixture into the batter. Stir in the almonds and flavoring. Pour the batter into the tin and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Let it rest briefly in the tin, then remove.
