Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 150 g onion(s)
- 150 g cucumber(s)
- 100g salami
- 100 g cheese (Emmental)
- 4 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 2 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt
- pepper
- Salad, e.g. lettuce for serving
- ½ box of cress
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Peel and halve the onions, wash the cucumber, and finely slice the salami, Emmental cheese, and the vegetables. For the salad dressing, combine olive oil and wine vinegar. Peel and crush the garlic clove, stir in, season with salt and pepper, and toss with the salad ingredients. Let the salad marinate for about 1 hour, arrange on lettuce leaves, and garnish with cress leaves.
