Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 300 g chestnut cream (50% chestnuts, 50% cane sugar)
- 100 g cane sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 ml whipped cream
- 0.3 liters of milk
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add the chestnut cream, milk, cream, and honey and mix well. Transfer to the ice cream maker and chill for 25-40 minutes, depending on the appliance.
