- 230 g sour cream, natural, as a substitute: sour cream
- 120 g mayonnaise
- 115 g cream cheese, room temperature
- 70 g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 40 g onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 tomato(s), finely chopped
- 6 slices of bacon

Deseed the tomato and finely chop the flesh. Fry the bacon, drain, and crumble it into fine pieces. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate the dip for 2 hours before serving. This dip serves 4 people.
