Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 230 g sour cream, natural, as a substitute: sour cream
  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • 115 g cream cheese, room temperature
  • 70 g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 40 g onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 tomato(s), finely chopped
  • 6 slices of bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Deseed the tomato and finely chop the flesh. Fry the bacon, drain, and crumble it into fine pieces. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate the dip for 2 hours before serving. This dip serves 4 people.
