Hamburger sauce for hamburgers, like at McDonalds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 110 g mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tbsp tomato paste, maybe a little more
  • 4 tsp gherkins, very finely chopped
  • 1 tsp red chili pepper(s), very finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp onion(s), very finely chopped
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp white sugar
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

tastes great and is so easy to prepare

In a bowl, combine all ingredients, then cover the bowl and refrigerate the hamburger sauce for 4 hours or overnight to allow everything to blend. Note: The sauce should be more orange, not pink.
