Roughly chop the chocolate and fold 150g of it into the batter. Using two teaspoons, form the dough into balls about 3cm in diameter and place them well apart (cookies will spread) on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes. Makes about 40 cookies.
