Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 60 g sugar
- 60 ml white rum
- 180 ml whole milk
- 180 ml whiskey
- 120 ml cream
- nutmeg
Instructions

Meyer style with whisky, rum and cream
Separate the eggs. In a smaller bowl, beat the egg yolks with half the sugar until frothy and set aside. Beat the egg whites in a large bowl (large enough to hold all the ingredients) until stiff peaks form. Add the remaining sugar and mix thoroughly. Add the egg yolks to the egg whites and mix slowly. Slowly stir in the rum. Add the milk and whiskey and mix. Stir in half the cream. Whisk the remaining cream until stiff peaks form and then gently fold in. Tip: Serve the finished eggnog in glass cups sprinkled with nutmeg.
