Angy's cinnamon chocolate powder

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp clove powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder (bourbon)
  • 80 g chocolate, at least 70% cocoa content
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drink powder for hot milk

Place the chocolate in the freezer for about 10 minutes, then finely grate or grind it in a mill. Mix with all other ingredients, pour into a glass, and let it steep. Directions: Add 1 tablespoon to approximately 250 ml of hot milk, or more or less to taste. Bring the milk to a boil briefly, then add the spice, stir, and you’re done!
