Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 50 g green olives
- 50 g black olives
- 2 medium-sized garlic cloves
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 tsp capers
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 3 m.-large chili pepper(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 200 g cream cheese, natural

very tasty spread and perfect for the buffet
Peel the garlic cloves and onion and chop very coarsely. Transfer to a suitable container, add the olives, capers, tomato paste, and chili peppers, and blend using a hand blender. Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and continue blending until a paste-like consistency is reached. Now add the cream cheese and mix. For my taste, the seasoning is sufficient; if you like, you can of course add more pepper and salt, or vary it with the chili peppers.
