Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 5 apples, large
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 1 cup cream, sour
- 100 g sugar
- Cinnamon to taste
- 2 eggs

Grease a springform pan with butter and dust with flour. Roll out the puff pastry slightly and place it in the pan so that it covers the bottom of the pan and also forms a small rim. Peel, core, and quarter the apples. Score the quarters several times in a fan shape and place them on the pastry. Whisk together the sour cream, sugar, cinnamon, and eggs. Pour over the apples and bake at 170°C for about 45 minutes.
