Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 apples, sour and juicy
  • ½ jar jam (blackcurrant)
  • 150 g flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • e.g. ice cream (vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the apples. Remove the cores and slice them. Mix the apple slices with about 1/2 a jar of jam (the more jam, the sweeter the dessert). Now make a crumble from the flour, sugar, and butter. Pour the apple-jam mixture into a shallow baking dish and scatter the crumble over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C – 200°C on the middle rack for about 30 minutes (until the crumble is golden brown). Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
