Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 300 g apples
  • 75 ml water
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • 100 g biscuit(s) (butter biscuits)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Peel, core, and slice the apples, and place them in a saucepan. Simmer with water and a squeeze of lemon juice for 8-10 minutes. Season with sugar and cinnamon, if desired. Let cool. Place the butter cookies in a bag and crumble. Mix the crumbs with 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder. Mix the sugar and vanilla sugar well with the natural yogurt. Then fill jars: first the cookies, then some apple compote, and finally a layer of yogurt. Repeat this process and dust with cocoa powder if desired.
