Apple Muffins

The perfect apple muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Wheat flour
  • 250 g Lowfat quark
  • 80 g Margarine
  • 70 g Sugar
  • 15 g Baking powder
  • 10 g Baked apple spice mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 piece Apples
  1. Mix all ingredients except the apples into a dough. Peel the apples, cut pieces and stir into the batter.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat. Place 12 muffin hats in the muffin pan, pour in the batter evenly. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes on the middle rack.
  3. Allow the muffins to cool before consuming.
