Apple Muffins
The perfect apple muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Wheat flour
- 250 g Lowfat quark
- 80 g Margarine
- 70 g Sugar
- 15 g Baking powder
- 10 g Baked apple spice mix
- 1 Egg
- 1 Salt
- 1 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 piece Apples
- Mix all ingredients except the apples into a dough. Peel the apples, cut pieces and stir into the batter.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top / bottom heat. Place 12 muffin hats in the muffin pan, pour in the batter evenly. Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes on the middle rack.
- Allow the muffins to cool before consuming.
