Apple peel tea

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 20 g apple (apple peel), dried
  • 1 liter of cold water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pour the water over the apple peels. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Strain through a sieve and sweeten with honey and sugar.
