Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter apple juice
  • e.g. vodka (to taste)
  • ½ cm chili pepper(s), fresh, without seeds
  • ½ stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 5 peppercorns
  • 3 cardamom pods
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 5 cloves
  • n. B. Nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for cold days, with vodka

Pour the apple juice and spices into a saucepan, bring to a boil, and simmer gently for about 5-10 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add vodka as needed (I use two large ladles of vodka for one liter of juice). Strain and serve hot.
