Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 apples
  • a little cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • some water as needed
  • 300 g yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

without sugar, without raisins

Peel, core, and dice the apples. Drizzle with lemon juice, add the cinnamon, and mix everything together. Place in a saucepan with water and cook until al dente or soft, mashing slightly with a fork if necessary. Once the apple mixture has cooled, layer it alternately with the yogurt in dessert glasses.
