Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of cream powder (Galetta vanilla)
- 500 ml milk
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 jar applesauce
- n. B. sugar
- Chocolate sprinkles or brittle or similar.

Applesauce meets vanilla cream – this dessert is a pure childhood memory for me
First, take 500 ml of cold milk and pour it into a tall, narrow mixing bowl. Then add the cream mixture. Stir briefly on the lowest setting, then stir for about 1 minute on the highest setting until creamy. Next, add the low-fat quark and, if desired, sugar or vanilla sugar. Divide the applesauce evenly among dessert bowls or similar, then add the vanilla quark on top. For a topping, you can add chocolate sprinkles (or brittle, or something similar). Refrigerate until ready to serve.
