Arrabiata Minced Meat
The perfect arrabiata minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Minced meat
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 size Diced onion
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 Glass Arrabiata tomato sauce
- 1 branch Basil
- 3 Branches Fresh oregano
- Black pepper from the mill
- Salt
- 2 Pinches Chilli flakes
- 50 ml Water or white wine
- Heat the oil in a large pan, add the minced meat in flakes and fry vigorously. Add the onions and fry gently. Let the garlic cubes with the tomato paste smear for a minute and then deglaze with the spicy tomato sauce.
- Season with finely chopped basil and oregano leaves, pepper, salt and chilli flakes, add the water (or wine) and simmer with the lid on for about 30 minutes over a mild heat.
- During this time, cook the pasta until al dente, drain and serve with the delicious mince sauce.
