Arrabiata Minced Meat

The perfect arrabiata minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Minced meat
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 size Diced onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 Glass Arrabiata tomato sauce
  • 1 branch Basil
  • 3 Branches Fresh oregano
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Salt
  • 2 Pinches Chilli flakes
  • 50 ml Water or white wine
  1. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the minced meat in flakes and fry vigorously. Add the onions and fry gently. Let the garlic cubes with the tomato paste smear for a minute and then deglaze with the spicy tomato sauce.
  2. Season with finely chopped basil and oregano leaves, pepper, salt and chilli flakes, add the water (or wine) and simmer with the lid on for about 30 minutes over a mild heat.
  3. During this time, cook the pasta until al dente, drain and serve with the delicious mince sauce.
