Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of arugula, washed
  • ½ apple, washed and cut into small pieces
  • ½ cucumber(s), washed and cut into small pieces
  • 1 shot of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 handful of herbs, e.g. thyme, oregano, olive herb, burnet, marjoram, basil, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of savory

For the dressing, combine apple cider vinegar, oil, herbs, salt, pepper, and blueberries. Combine the arugula, apple, and cucumber in a bowl and stir into the dressing.
