Asparagus – Melon – Salad
The perfect asparagus – melon – salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Freshly prepared asparagus green
- 200 g Charantais melons
- 200 g Honeydew melon
- 200 g Galia melon
- 3 piece Spring onion
- 150 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tbsp Aceto white
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Gourmet pepper from my KB
- Salt
- Raw ham
- for 2 people as a main course for 4 people as a starter
- Cut the asparagus into pieces and cook until al dente
- Cut out the melon ball (with a ball cutter) and put everything including the asparagus in a bowl
vinaigrette
- Mix the orange juice, aceto, salt, gourmet pepper and olive oil well
- 5th then comes the wedding 😉 you add the melon and asparagus mixture to the vinaigrette, garnish it with raw ham
- and then enjoy your meal
