Asparagus – Melon – Salad

The perfect asparagus – melon – salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Freshly prepared asparagus green
  • 200 g Charantais melons
  • 200 g Honeydew melon
  • 200 g Galia melon
  • 3 piece Spring onion
  • 150 ml Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Aceto white
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • Gourmet pepper from my KB
  • Salt
  • Raw ham
  1. for 2 people as a main course for 4 people as a starter
  1. Cut the asparagus into pieces and cook until al dente
  1. Cut out the melon ball (with a ball cutter) and put everything including the asparagus in a bowl

vinaigrette

  1. Mix the orange juice, aceto, salt, gourmet pepper and olive oil well
  1. 5th then comes the wedding 😉 you add the melon and asparagus mixture to the vinaigrette, garnish it with raw ham
  1. and then enjoy your meal
