Franconian snack

For the stock, combine all ingredients. Then pour the aspic into a deep plate and add the stock. Then simply scatter the onions on top and enjoy! This goes especially well with a cold beer and fresh bread! A Franconian snack just like in grandpa’s day! Enjoy!
