  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 shot White balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Put everything except the vinegar in a tall blender and mix well with the hand blender. Season with the vinegar and possibly with salt and pepper. Finished
