  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • chili powder
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and blend it with the cream and spices until smooth. Then chill for about 1 hour! Pairs well with fresh baguette and grilled meat.
