Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Australian recipe – very simple

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scrape out the flesh. Place in a bowl. Add the sour cream and crushed garlic cloves. Blend with a fork until smooth. Season with pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Tastes great with crackers (like Ritz) or on steaks.
