- 1 small avocado(s) (100 g)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 150 g cream cheese (30% fat)
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- salt and pepper
- Pepper, colorful
Instructions

Peel and pit the avocado, cut it into small pieces, and puree it with garlic cloves and lemon juice. Stir in the cream cheese and sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with mixed peppers. Tip: Serve this avocado dip with bread or tacos. Vary the dip by adding diced onions, bell peppers, or tomatoes.
