Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 250 g water, warm
- 1 tsp salt
- n. B. Tomato sauce for spreading
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Basic dough for pizzas or rolls
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Roll it out onto a prepared baking sheet. Brush the dough with tomato sauce and add toppings as desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-25 minutes, depending on the type of dish (pizza, bread, etc.). Tip: The dough can also be shaped into rolls and eaten as pizza rolls by adding Italian herbs and/or olives.
