Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 small shallot(s) or onion
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pinch of herbal salt
- 1 pinch of chili salt
- 1 pinch(s) pepper, white
- 1 clove(s) garlic, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the onion and dice it very finely. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh from the skin with a spoon. Mash the flesh with a fork along with the diced onion. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. If you like, add a finely chopped garlic clove.
