- 2 avocados
- 100 g tofu, natural
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch(s) garam masala
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add the tofu and a dash of lemon juice and blend everything with an immersion blender. Season with salt, pepper, and Garam Marsala. Tip: Also great with chili powder.
