Bacardi Confetti Punch

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bottle of white rum (Bacardi)
  • ½ bottle of sparkling wine, semi-dry
  • 1 bottle of Sprite
  • 1 bottle of grape juice, white
  • 1 kg strawberries, frozen
  • 1 can mixed fruits

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

Bacardi punch with fruits and strawberries

Make a fruit cocktail with Bacardi in the morning and let it steep. In the evening, add the sparkling wine, Sprite, and grape juice, and immediately add the frozen strawberries (this will chill the punch). After about an hour (depending on how cold the individual bottles are), the strawberries will be edible and the punch will be drinkable. This punch has been a hit at our New Year’s Eve parties for years.
