Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 ml milk
- 50 g butter
- 450 g wheat flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
- 130 ml dry white wine
- 150 g bacon, diced

Heat the milk in a saucepan and melt the butter. Combine the flour and yeast, then add the remaining ingredients and the milk-fat mixture. Knead everything thoroughly by hand for about 5 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rise overnight in a warm place. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Knead the dough again and form into three even strands to braid them. Place the braid on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
