Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Finely dice a small onion and a clove of garlic. Mix into the ground meat along with the spices, garlic oil, and egg. Form the mixture into 4 burgers. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the burgers thoroughly on both sides. Meanwhile, warm the buns in the oven or toaster. Next, or at the same time, fry the bacon and another onion in another pan. The bacon should be crispy and the onions nice and soft and golden. Finally, fry 4 fried eggs and season with salt and pepper if desired. Once the buns are warm and the burgers are cooked through, layer the toppings. Spread your desired sauce on the top and bottom halves of the bun. We prefer the smoky-spicy chipotle sauce and mayonnaise. Ketchup and other sauces can also be used. Once the sauce is distributed, add lettuce, cucumbers, onions, burgers, cheese, thinly sliced tomatoes, a fried egg, and bacon. Serve with potato wedges or fries.
