Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 250 ml oil
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 5 m.-sized eggs, separated
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate, grated block chocolate
  • Powdered sugar or chocolate for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine Baileys, oil, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolks. Then add the flour, baking powder, and grated chocolate. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Pour everything into a greased round cake pan and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. Decorate the cake with powdered sugar or chocolate, if desired.
