Baileys Mascarpone Cream

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 kg mascarpone
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 5 cups sour cream
  • 5 packs of vanilla sugar
  • ½ bottle of Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 jars of sour cherries, drained

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients except the cherries until smooth. Then fold in the cherries. Let it chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours before serving.
