Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg apples
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 12 tbsp apple juice
- 300 g yogurt (vanilla)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp anise powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Peel, quarter, and core the apples. Cut into large pieces and drizzle with lemon juice. Grease 4 heatproof glasses with butter. Mix the apples with vanilla sugar, anise, and cinnamon and fill the glasses. Add the apple juice. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes. Let cool slightly and spread the yogurt on top.
