Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g oat flakes
- 2 apples
- 90 g yogurt
- 40 g almonds, ground
- 170 ml milk
- 1 handful of almonds, chopped, roasted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- some syrup or honey, depending on your taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 8 hours 50 minutes
Wash and quarter the apples, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Mix the oats, milk, almonds, and yogurt. Chop the cooled apples into small pieces and add them to the oat mix. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, sprinkle a handful of roasted almonds and a dash of cinnamon over the overnight oats. Sweeten with syrup or honey to taste.
