QimiQ Creamy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g QimiQ
  • 100 g chocolate
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp rum
  • 250 g whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 3 minutes

Stir QimiQ until smooth. Melt the chocolate and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and fold in the whipped cream. Let it set in the refrigerator.
