Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 bananas
  • 60 g flour
  • 20 g starch flour
  • 10 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bananas like the Chinese

Peel and slice the bananas. Mix flour, water, baking powder, salt, and sugar into a thin batter. Dip the banana pieces into the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
