Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 bananas
- 3 cl orange liqueur
- some lemon juice
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp almonds, sliced
- some powdered sugar
- some butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Lightly grease two gratin dishes with butter. Cut the bananas diagonally into long slices and arrange them in the dishes. Drizzle with orange liqueur and lemon juice. Spread small flakes of crème fraîche over the bananas. Bake in a very hot oven (approx. 250°C) or under the grill for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds and dust with powdered sugar. Tip: Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of each.
