Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of baked beans
  • 3 sausages (ham sausages)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. garlic
  • 1 bag of cheese (Gouda), grated
  • Parsley
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the baked beans in a baking dish. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Remove the seeds and then dice them, as they will otherwise absorb too much water. Then cut the ham sausages into pieces. Add both to the baked beans in the baking dish. Peel the onion and garlic. Dice them, sauté briefly, and add to the baking dish. Season to taste and mix well. Finally, pour the cup of cream over the tomatoes and sprinkle with grated Gouda cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-45 minutes, until the cheese turns golden brown. Serve with baguette.
