Baked cinnamon bread

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • possibly honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut the slices of toast in half diagonally. Combine all the other ingredients except the butter and spread it on the toast. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the bread on both sides. You can drizzle the bread with honey afterward, but it’s not necessary.
