Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 bell peppers, mixed
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • some olive oil for frying
  • some salt and pepper
  • some paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Season the chops with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides and brown them in a pan with a little olive oil. Meanwhile, peel and slice the onions and garlic, and trim and dice the peppers. Once the meat is cooked, place it in a casserole dish and sauté the vegetables in the pan. Once the vegetables have taken on some color, deglaze with the cream and sour cream. Bring the sauce to a boil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then add it to the casserole dish with the meat. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. Serve with fries.
