Baked fish grandma's style

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g fish, cooked
  • 500 ml béchamel sauce
  • 2 tbsp cheese, grated
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Recycling leftovers

Peel the skin off the fish, remove the bones, place it in a greased casserole dish or ovenproof bowl, and pour the béchamel sauce over it. Sprinkle the dish with cheese, top with knobs of butter, and bake in the oven at 225-250 degrees Celsius for about 30-40 minutes. Serve with fried potatoes and salad.
