  • 400 g gnocchi
  • 2 pork schnitzels, thin
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 jar tomato sauce, approx. 400 g
  • ½ cup processed cheese
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Thyme
  • rosemary
  • basil

Fry the gnocchi in butter for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then transfer to a baking dish. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion and the sliced ​​meat. Season with salt and pepper. Add the halved tomatoes and fry briefly. Transfer the contents of the pan to the baking dish with the gnocchi. Heat the tomato sauce in a pan, add the cream cheese, and let it melt. Season with Italian herbs to taste. Pour the sauce over the gnocchi, sprinkle with the grated cheese, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 15 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
